CyberLawToday Senior Legal Counsel, Matthew R. Halpin is the founding
member of Matthew R. Halpin & Associates, P.C. He received his
Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit School of
Law in 1992.
He received his Bachelors of Science in Engineering degree from
the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1989 with a major in Naval
Architecture and Marine Engineering.
Mr. Halpin is
currently admitted to practice in both Michigan and Illinois and
is currently in good standing before the United States Supreme Court,
The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth (Texas, Mississippi
& Louisiana) and Sixth (Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky & Tennessee)
Circuits, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern
District of Illinois, the Eastern District of Michigan and the Western
District of Michigan.
