Requirements:

This is a consultative sales position that provides an exceptional opportunity for personal and financial growth.

We are looking for sales people and sales managers who meet the following requirements:

• A self starter with an excellent work ethic who can be effective unsupervised.
• Enjoy presenting, both one-on-one and in front of an audience.
• Is a self-starter, money motivated and will strive for success.
• Has exceptional communication skills; feels comfortable talking to business owners and  executive level management.
• Is both familiar and comfortable using a computer, email and the Internet.
• Is reliable, well organized, goal and customer- satisfaction oriented.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.
You do not need multimedia or media duplication experience to be considered for this position, but you do need to meet the above requirements. This is an equal opportunity position.

We are looking for sales representatives in the Greater Detroit area, as well as individuals to manage a sales team in both local and national markets. We are currently hiring three sales people and one sales manager for the state of Michigan.

A Typical Day:

A typical day in sales would go something like this: You would start the day at 9am, contacting local prospects who have inquired about our services. During an initial contact, you would determine both the scope of the project and the goals of the prospective client, as well as answer their initial questions.

That done, you would set up a meeting with the prospect, ensuring their primary decision makers would be present. We have found that our high rate of closing stems from the confidence inspired through what the client sees as a team effort by a can-do company. Many times a first meeting will need only one other member on your team to go with you. However, if you determined in the initial contact that it was a larger project, you would communicate the meeting information to other members on our sales and design team who would need to be present.

You would attend the meetings, collaborate with both the prospective client and other members on our team to explain our services, then zero in on the prospect's needs and specifications of the work they want done.

Create a Project Proposal:

After any first meeting with a prospective client, you would return to the office, create a project proposal, and ensure the prospect receives it in a timely fashion. A member on our management team would always work with you in this process, and in any other area you felt you needed help.

Develop Relationships:

Also on a daily basis, you would develop relationships by following up with with prospects that have not yet made the decision to move forward on their projects. This consultative arena involves making follow-up telephone calls, sending emails, faxing or regular mailing of any other information the prospect needs, or setting up another meeting if necessary. Once you've familiarized them with our products, your objective is to close sales.

The other area you would have in your daily schedule is to develop new clients, either working from home, or from the office. You will have an extraordinary amount of free hand, and also support when you need it, in pursuing marketing ideas you think would generate potential clients.

Using this consultative approach -- generally having one (but sometimes two) meetings with a prospective client and then applying our follow up methods -- our closing ratio at 70% has been exceptional. Multimedia projects range from $500 to $15,000 on the average, and media replication has gargantuan sales volume opportunity, with residuals.

Bonus:

A bonus for the savvy salesperson: When you introduce a company to CDScoop, there-in lay a built-in, viable opportunity to provide a diverse range of additional Dream1 services which will seamlessly flow into your overall income, with both immediate and residual income. Once you familiarize your CDScoop clients (and prospects) with the exceptional business services offered through our other divisions, you will become that trusted person they count on for a host of services they continually need. You will reap rewards from each and every project you are involved in on any level, not just from CDScoop. This makes Dream1 unique. And it makes you unique. Once aboard, you would have the support of all team members, Dream1 division-wide.

We are not prepared to discuss a pay structure at this time, but we can tell you that from past experience, anyone who closes only 5 CDScoop corporate sales per month will likely make over $90,000 per year. There is no financial investment for this position, and training is absolutely free.
